About Tracey & the Clinic
At Tracey’s Remedial Massage & Holistic Clinic, I’m committed to the highest level of professionalism and to meeting ATMS guidelines. I work within the scope of my qualifications in Diploma Remedial Massage and Kinesiology. I specialise in chronic pain and injury. If your needs fall outside these guidelines, I’ll refer you to the right practitioner so you’re always in safe, appropriate care.
About me
I’m a Diploma-qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Kinesiologist, practising since 2010. I follow ATMS standards and continue to study so I can offer well-rounded, evidence-informed care. Additional training includes:

-
Dry Needling
-
Myofascial techniques
-
Postural assessment & realignment
-
Hot Stone therapy
-
Pregnancy & Sports massage
-
Lymphatic drainage
-
Corporate massage
-
Energy healing
-
Trigger point therapy

Over the past 13+ years I’ve supported clients with common and complex muscle-related concerns, tailoring each session to your goals and comfort.
I’m also a working mum with a busy, active family—so I understand the realities of stress, posture strain, and sports injuries. My aim is to help you move easier, feel calmer, and get back to what you love.

Note: Remedial massage and kinesiology complement, but do not replace, medical care. Please consult your GP or specialist for diagnosis or urgent concerns.

Your First Visit
At your initial appointment, I’ll take a thorough history and assessment, then outline a personalised plan—including how many sessions are typically needed before you should notice meaningful relief.

Progress & referrals
If we’re not seeing improvement within 3–4 consecutive visits, I’ll discuss next steps and, if appropriate, refer you to a trusted practitioner within the natural therapies network or to your GP for further assessment. Your wellbeing comes first.

Maintenance matters
Lasting results are usually a mix of good treatment and good habits. I’ll provide simple stretching and strengthening exercises, and—if beneficial—recommend a maintenance massage every 4–6 weeks to help keep tension down and mobility up.

Note: Everyone’s body heals at its own pace. While I can’t promise “no pain,” my goal is consistent improvement, clear communication, and the right support for you.
